Declan Ganley (irlandez) înfiinţase Partidul Libertas (pan-european), eurosceptic (cu filiale în mai multe ţări), şi situl libertas.eu, şi canalul Youtube libertas. După eşecul de la europarlamentarele din 2009 (zero mandate), a şters situl şi canalul Youtube, şi a dispărut o vreme.
